You have the option to cancel, reschedule or pause any listing from the app. However, if any booking gets cancelled due to this, then cancellation policy will be applicable.
If the booking gets cancelled more than 2 hours after the booking allocation time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking fee will be charged. Minimum cancellation fee will be INR 200 and maximum will be INR 4000. You will also get a 1-star rating for this cancellation leading to a lower rating on the platform which directly your earning.
