You are expected to serve all the bookings assigned to you.
If you cannot serve a booking due to any reason, you can use the 'Unable to serve this booking' option in the booking page to cancel the booking.
If you don't provide the car to a guest, it'll also be considered a cancelled booking.
If you cancel the booking more than 2 hours after the booking allocation time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking fee will be charged to you. Minimum cancellation fee will be INR 200 and maximum will be INR 4000. You will also get a 1-star rating for this cancellation leading to a lower rating on the platform which directly impacts your earning.
